  1. § 1

About New Roots Health and Our Services

New Roots Health is a licensed bilingual insurance agency. We help immigrant families compare and enroll in ACA Marketplace, Medicaid, CHIP, dental, vision, supplemental, and small business coverage offered by third-party carriers. We share submissions with our marketing partners who pay us a fee. We do not charge you a fee for our services.

  2. § 2

    Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request on your own behalf. The information you provide must be accurate. SSN and immigration documents are never required to start a conversation with an advisor.

  3. § 3

    Consent to Contact (TCPA)

By submitting your phone number and clicking submit, you authorize New Roots Health and our partners to contact you via call, text, or pre-recorded message at the number provided, including via automated dialing systems, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP or via our privacy request form.

  4. § 4

    Coverage and Carrier Decisions

Submitting an inquiry is not an application for insurance. Coverage, pricing, eligibility, and benefits are determined solely by the issuing carrier and subject to state and federal law.

  5. § 5

    Arbitration and Class Waiver

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action.

  6. § 6

    Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
